LEVEL UP: Leadership Development Beyond the Basics 

So you’ve identified and recruited leaders and created a leadership pathway with them, and things are not moving along as planned–welcome to long-term leadership development. 

 

Leadership development is hard work. There are steps you can take to develop and train your members and keep them connected to the work for the long-haul. This workshop focuses on the importance of revisiting, revising and recommitting to leadership development pathways with leaders.

 

By the end of this workshop you will have:

• Identified skills, beyond organizing skills, that are important to develop in leaders 

• Practiced transformative leadership development conversations

• Co-created a toolkit that you can use when you leave
