PEER LEARNING COHORTS
Our peer learning cohorts bring together organizations working in a shared movement context to get aligned and trained on standards of practice in basebuilding, campaign strategy and/or cultivating resilient organizational culture. We work with networks of grantees, coalition partners, and/or organizations connected in the same issue-sector or region. And the participants usually include leaders playing different roles in their
organizations; including both directors and organizers.
Our cohorts are designed to:

Equip organizational leaders with the skills and tools to level-up their individual organization’s practice in a way that reinforces a collective level-up in the ecosystem

Consolidate of a key set of organizations who can drive clearer strategy, organizing practice, and a culture of resilience across their ecosystem
