FACILITATION

Our team can facilitate retreats and group processes with organizations that are looking to bring their team into shared alignment, deeper relationship and make decisions or develop organizing strategy together. That can look like team retreats or even campaign strategy sessions or debriefs.

COACHING

We work with organizers, member leaders, and lead organizers or directors to provide one on one coaching that can support them to integrate what they’ve learned in the training room into their daily practice. Our approach supports organizers to lean into their growth edges through practicing new skills with someone there to provide both caring support and accountability.

ACCOMPANIMENT

If your organization is ready for a big change to make powerful & resilient basebuilding more possible, our accompaniment program can provide embedded holistic support over time. The focus in accompaniment is to be there as a guide and coach, and to support organizations as they make changes to structures, practices, and work to bring their entire team into cohesive alignment around the organizing strategy. We offer short and long-term accompaniment anywhere from 3 to 18 months. Using a mix of coaching, facilitation, and training, we design a unique process that addresses your organization’s specific context and challenges.

RATES

It is our goal to provide our offerings to organizers of the global majority who often have the least access. We trust that participants will pay what they are able based on their income or the size of their organization. If you are able to pay a higher rate it allows us to provide affordable programming to those who have less access. If cost is a barrier to your participation, please reach out about scholarships or discounts available through our Solidarity Fund.

Discounts to the hourly rate are available when coaching sessions are booked for at least 3 months.

MOVEMENT ORGANIZER

$100- $125 per hour or $1000-$1,250 per day

You are eligible for this rate if you are participating as an individual or if your organization has an annual budget of less than $300,000

MOVEMENT SUPPORTER

$150- $225 per hour or $1,500-2,250 per day

You are eligible for this rate if your organization has an annual budget of $300,000- $1M

MOVEMENT SUSTAINER

$250 - $300 per hour or $2,500-$3,000 per day

You are eligible for this rate if your organization has an annual budget over $1M
