In 2025, The Organizing Center worked alongside organizers and organizations across the country to strengthen the skills, relationships, and practices that make real power possible. Through training, coaching, coalition support, and long-term accompaniment, we focused on helping organizers build clarity, resilience, and collective leadership—especially in moments when the work felt hardest and most necessary.
