When we started The Organizing Center, we had big dreams – a long-term vision of The OC playing a significant and meaningful role in revitalizing base building organizing, creating leadership development pipelines for Black and Brown organizers, and supporting individuals and organizations to build the resilience practices that will help them stay in our movements for the long haul.
